Precautions for the use of acid and alkali resistant magnetic pumps:

1. When starting the magnetic pump, first fill it with liquid, close the outlet valve completely, and turn on the power switch. After starting, slowly open the outlet valve to the desired operating point.

2. When turning off the magnetic pump, first slowly close the outlet valve, and then use the power switch to disconnect after completely closing the outlet valve. Closing the valve quickly can cause water hammer, and the extra pressure created can damage the magnetic pump.

3. It is forbidden to install, store or use the magnetic pump under the following conditions: the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the place where there is water splashing, the ambient temperature is above 40°C, the place with high humidity (permissible humidity 35-85%RH), Places affected by dust fire earthquakes or severe shocks.

4. The magnetic pump cannot be self-priming and must be filled with liquid when in use. Idling will cause parts to lock up or wear out quickly.

5. In principle, the magnetic pump cannot transport slurry. However, the magnetic pump whose bearing material is aluminum ceramic can be used under the conditions that the slurry particle concentration is within 5WT%, the diameter is below 50um, and the hardness is below 80Hs.
