The following is the operation guide:

1. Before using the pump, pay attention to whether the fluid type, viscosity, temperature, specific gravity, solid particle sediment conveying capacity, head, voltage and frequency are consistent with the pump and other factors.

2. Check whether the wire contacts and the running direction of the motor are consistent with the running marks on the motor fan cover.

3. Check whether the screws and gaskets of the inlet and outlet flanges are locked tightly.

4. Pay attention to the connection between the pump and the pipeline to avoid environmental pollution caused by the leakage of the liquid medicine.

5. The pump must be filled with liquid before operation.

6. Make sure that the liquid level is proper and the inlet and outlet valves are open during operation.

7. When operating the pump, the staff should wear protective clothing, gloves and other protective equipment to avoid skin contact with the liquid medicine.

8. Finally, check the safety protection measures, such as liquid level controller, current breaker and ON/OFF switch.

Precautions when using:

1. Do not use the same pump to transport different chemical solutions, because the mixing of different types of chemical solutions will cause chemical reactions

2. Check the inlet and outlet of the pipeline before operation. Be sure to check whether the valve is open, whether the flow direction is correct, whether the liquid in the barrel is normal, and whether the pipeline is damaged.

3. Make sure that each protection switch is normal.

4. If the flow rate is too low when the pump is running, please turn off the pump immediately and check the pipeline.

5. The outlet pressure should be kept below 3.2kg/cm.
